There is an extraordinary view of the city from the apartments, including: the Motława river, the Island of Granaries, the Harbour of the White Fleet, the Green Bridge, the Crane, the Sołdek ship, the Maritime Museum, the Archeology Museum, the Green Gate, the Bread Gate, the English House, the Długi Targ street along with the famous fountain of Neptune, and a rotating footbridge connecting the two banks of the Motława river.
Everything mentioned above is located within 10 meters of the apartments.

Stay
Arrival at the MICHEL APARTMENTS ; host, after check-in and payment for accommodation, will give you the key to the apartment.
Check-in/check-out hours: : from 15:00 / till 11:00
At the moment of checking-in, you are obliged to have a valid form of identification with your picture as well as an unexpired credit card.
The payment for accommodation is made on the day of arrival. Credit cards and BLIC payments are accepted.
The guest will receive the set of rules and regulations regarding usage of the building.
The whole building is monitored and there is a security system installed.
There is monitoring inside the building only in the common areas.
It is forbidden to smoke in the apartments and in the common areas.
There are smoke detectors installed in the apartments as well as in the common areas.
In the tenement house and in the apartments, it is forbidden to organize bachelor and bachelorette parties as well as organizing get-togethers with a greater number of people.
The Guests of the apartment are obliged to have a NIGHT QUIET TIME from 22:00-6:00
The guests of the apartment is obliged to comply with the regulations covering and the apartment and the rules of social coexistence. For breaking this rule, you will be fined 1000.00 PLN.
Parking is available on neighboring streets, not free of charge and monitored
The prices are not obligatory during certain sporting events, markets, cultural events, and holidays.
All prices given include taxes and VAT.
